Delivery within Pakistan
All orders within Pakistan are routed through various courier services, and a tracking ID is provided when order is dispatched, so that customers have complete knowledge as to the whereabouts of the delivery. After placing an order from our website, a verification call/SMS/email will be received to confirm the order and the details provided. Items purchased through the Cash-on-Delivery method will be cancelled in 48 hours if verification has failed. Once the order is confirmed and verified, it will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and will be delivered to you within 4-5 working days. We offer free delivery on orders above Rs.1999 within Pakistan. We aim to deliver your purchase at the earliest. To help us facilitate all deliveries, we request our valued customers to ensure that all details provided (delivery address, billing details, contact numbers) should be true and verifiable. Customers are requested to remain available on the provided contact number for seamless verification. All Cash on Delivery (COD) packages are required to be paid for before opening the package.
