  • BEBANO’s customers are allowed to exchange purchased item(s) subject to certain conditions. Exchange of item(s) is valid if:
  • The customer has contacted the company within 7 working days of the purchase and requested an exchange; through email, phone call, or WhatsApp.
  • The customer has sent the original receipt and invoice with the item requiring an exchange.
  • Customer has stated their reason(s) for requiring an exchange in their request.
  • The item has its original packing and price tag intact at time of exchange
  • The item emits no odors, scents and display no stains which may suggest usage of the item prior to exchange

Damage & Claims

  • Purchased item(s) will only apply for the Damage and Claims policy if the item(s) received by the client has a manufacturing defect, is of the wrong size, or is the wrong order.
  • All Damage and Claims complaints should be raised within 2 working days after the parcel has been received.
  • Customers should also note that the Damage and Claims policy is only valid if the customer has the original invoice of the order.
  • BEBANO’s customer care representative will contact you in 24 – 48 hours. It may take up to one week for a processing to complete.

Delivery within Pakistan

All orders within Pakistan are routed through various courier services, and a tracking ID is provided when order is dispatched, so that customers have complete knowledge as to the whereabouts of the delivery. After placing an order from our website, a verification call/SMS/email will be received to confirm the order and the details provided. Items purchased through the Cash-on-Delivery method will be cancelled in 48 hours if verification has failed. Once the order is confirmed and verified, it will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and will be delivered to you within 4-5 working days. We offer free delivery on orders above Rs.1999 within Pakistan. We aim to deliver your purchase at the earliest. To help us facilitate all deliveries, we request our valued customers to ensure that all details provided (delivery address, billing details, contact numbers) should be true and verifiable. Customers are requested to remain available on the provided contact number for seamless verification. All Cash on Delivery (COD)  packages are required to be paid for before opening the package. Delivery Charges:

Orders surpassing the PKR 1999 mark will be shipped for free throughout the nation, while those ranging below PKR 1999 will be charged for delivery based on weight and destination of delivery.
